Your use of this website, services and social media channels is conditional upon you accepting these terms of use, and any other terms and conditions and policies we publish or link to on our website and services (“Terms of Use”). “You” could be a website browser, customer, client, subscriber, contributor of content or any other user. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use; if you do not agree, you must cease using our website immediately. We may change these Terms of Use at any time without notice; by continuing to use or access our website and services, you accept these changes.

Compare the Card is a credit card comparison and review website that facilitates the introduction of various services and products by credit card operators to you and provides you with a comparison of different products that may be suitable to your needs. You can research and compare various credit cards on our website, however note that we do not compare all credit card brands available, nor all products offered by all brands. Listings may not be in any particular order and may be dependent on the way the product list is sorted or your own comparison selections. Our “best”, “top” and “popular” cards are based on our assessment of the card products available to us and are not are not representative of the whole market. Your personal requirements and criteria may differ. We do not provide credit assistance or credit services, and do not assist in your application.

It is ultimately the credit card operator’s responsibility to provide you with all the relevant information about their products. You must ensure you read the product and service terms and conditions from the relevant credit card operator prior to applying. We cannot guarantee that as a customer you will find what you are looking for. If you have a dispute with a credit card operator, you must resolve it with the credit card operator and you release and indemnify us from all Claims arising out of, or in any way connected with, such disputes.

Fees, charges, commission and disclosures

We do not charge you any fees for using our website. However, we may be a credit card affiliate, which entitles us to receive a commission or payment for each credit card referral, application or approval resulting from our services. The fee, which may be up to $500, may vary according to the credit card operator, the type of product or service, and whether the application is approved. We may also include ads or sponsored content from affiliates or other partners and may receive payment for displaying such ads or when you click on their links. This content will be indicated as an “ad”, “promoted” or “sponsored” content.

When you submit a credit card application, you may need to pay any fees associated with the application to the credit card operator, even if the application is ultimately unsuccessful.

The failure by us to exercise any right, or enforce any provision in these Terms, does not waive the future operation of that right or provision. If there is a dispute
